Where it all began...

Optima Digital began long before it had a name.

The story starts on the north side of Dublin, in a house where sport was the backdrop to everything – hurling in the garden, football on the street, golf whenever we could get a lift.

It was competitive, chaotic and full of energy, but it taught us the values we still carry into our work today: teamwork, resilience and showing up for the people beside you.

Before launching Optima, both Ian & Caolan spent time on the east coast of the United States, working with Fortune 500 brands and learning what world‑class digital performance really looks like.

Those lessons continue to guide how we help brands scale – with intention, clarity and high standards.
